Logan + Peppa

I am Logan and I am 12 years old. This is my 2026 fair project - Peppa a Duroc Gilt Pig. He is my first pig that I will be showing at fair. I have shown 2 feeder steers the past two years but with the cost of beef currently (wow, it cost a lot), I had to make a decision on how I wanted to spend my last years earnings for this years fair project. While I miss training and raising a steer, I want to try my hand at showing a pig.

Pigs are cute, but they are also a lot of work. Cleaning pens, walking, feeding and filling water tanks are a lot but it helps when I get to use my dad's tractor (and he isn't even charging me for it!)
